I honestly wish Serbs would have approached their neighbors differently in the 90s. None of this mumbo-jumbo woukd have taken place. Sadly, milosevic decided to exterminate his neighbors, and the Serbian citizens are paying the price today. Imagine a Yugoslavia with all the equal rights for everyone? One can only wonder how powerful it could have been. EU would not have been anyones destination, or east for that matter. Ssdly, most of non-Serbs were stripped off their rights, and the money kept flowing to Serbian banks only while everyone else worked hard.

The churches in Kosovo belong to Kosovo's Byzantine heritage. Just like the mosques belong to Kosovo's Ottoman heritage. They are all part of Kosovo's history.

Serbs should have nothing to worry about. Kosovo will join Albania soon and the churches will be under the protection of the Albanian Orthodox Church. Nobody can take your history. If a church was built by a Serbian king, nobody can erase that, if it was built by an Albanian or Byzantine, nobody can change that either. There are several churches in Albania built by Greek, Bulgarian and even Serbian kings, and nobody denies who built them. Just like nobody can deny that an Albanian king built a church inside the Hilandar Monastery in Mount Athos.

This whole UNESCO bickering is because Serbia cannot accept the loss of Kosovo. The world cannot wait for you to keep postponing and hiding from the truth. Live freely, accept and let others live their lives! Let's move on!!

If Kosovo joins UNESCO, it will have an obligation to protect heritage sites, including Orthodox ones. This is a good thing.

Let us put it differently, maybe the leaders of the world should personally read the transcripts of the cases before the ICTY, before they consider passing judgment on what the Albanians should be doing. Maybe they should interview the orphans and widows left from you. Maybe they should actually visit some of the many mass graves created by Serbia. Maybe they should be asked to weigh which is more heinous a graves full of men women and children or an overturned tombstone. Maybe they should see the footage of the many many mosques that were torched and the homes burnt down. Or maybe the breasts of a 14 year old girl that the police pulled her inside the station and put their cigarettes out on them. Maybe they should speak to the teacher who was severly maimed for committing the sin of teaching Albanian children in his home when Serb closed and burned the school.
You want them to see the story, let them see the whole story. Let them weigh three days of unorganized emotional revolt against 10 years of systematic state sponsored and orthodox sanction murder, arson, rape, and torture.
Then let them wonder how they were fooled into letting these dens of satan on their list.

Yesterday you sounded more reasonable even though you persuaded us to trust our treasuries to the most barbarian people of the continent. Today you are more of an Albanian than an Orthodox and there’s more harmony in your comment. Don’t question our churches and monasteries in KiM and we can talk about everything else. I personally believe that KIM must be divided but I don’t know how to do it on practice. Yet Monasteries are not discussed. Besides if you are really an Orthodox you should know that this is the territory of the Serbian Church and only consensus of all the Orthodox Churches including Serbian can change it. I don’t care about UNESCO. If they mean to expose themselves as a helpless and useless organization they are free to join the anti-Serbian campaign.
