Of course bilateral trade and relations are on the rise and here is why...

First of all, America does not have a hillbilly president like Clinton and bush...

Secondly, Obama is black and really does not like the Europeans as he is educated and is very familure with the European colonial history in his ancestral home in Africa... If one does not follow American news, then one would not know the close affiliation he has with the black population in America... You see, Serbia never colonised Africa, so obama and Serbia are already on the right track.

Thirdly, again with Obama... In the 2011 state of the Union adress Obama announced a re-pivot to Asia, yes, America was now going to concentrate on Asia, not europe... Why all of a sudden did America change direction? Ding ding ding, it was because of China and its enormous influence in the Asian region, not to mention China's reclamationin policy in the South China Sea... Yes, this is what made America more interested in Asia than in Europe and this re-pivot to Asia has taken all eyes off Serbia, America now could not give a dam about Kosovo because there is bigger fish to fry so to speak... China is challenging American hegemony in Asia...

Finally, because of the American re-pivot to Asia, the pressure on serbia has lessened significantly and relations with the U.S. are normalising... I believe if trump becomes Americas next president you can pretty much say goodbye to camp bond steel and the KLA...

Don't you know that Donald Trump's wife is half Albanian and half Slovenian. Trump has visited Kosova a few times with his wife. Her brother works at Camp Bondsteel.
