"Every detail of PM's Russia trip will be considered"

In Serbia's place, no EU country would act any differently towards Russia, against whom the U.S. and the EU have imposed sanctions over the conflict in Ukraine.

"Viskovic said that he expects that the visit of the Serbian delegation, led by PM Aleksandar Vucic, to Russia will be successful and that it is clear "it can not go without the attention of all countries, especially major centers in the world," adding that "every detail of the visit will be considered."

A rather poor translation.

Instead of "considered", the interpreter should have used "scrutinized", which would give the statement a much more accurate meaning.

Serbia will soon make it clear which direction is headed. East or West, it would be her decision, and it would make it easier for her politicians to have a solid clear standpoint on all matters and issues.

“ it was necessary to point out to the Russian leadership that Serbia is not changing its policy towards Russia …”

Current Serbian policy is good only if compared with the neighbors. Yes Serbia does not ship arms to Turkey for the ISIL and An-Nusra like Bulgaria and it makes no hysteria over any small issue like Poland or micro-Estonia. But is it enough to say that spiritually Serbs are the closest Europeans to the Russians ? Is it enough not to join the sanctions and expose it as brotherhood ? Doesn’t it sound strange that Serbia and Russia, "friends on rational grounds" ? Because I always thought that there was something irrational in any friendship to say nothing of brotherhood …
