Brussels summit produced ideas, not concrete tasks - PM

We talked philosophically and came up with ideas to discuss in more meetings......

......all the time this flood of refugees quickened and Juncker & Merkel least of all seemed to care so Vucic thought just keep the flood flowing through Serbia as quickly as possible and be ready to close the flood when Germany stops accepting and let them know we too would react in the same manner in the instance the EU/Germany closes.

Many Germans accept the flood for now though live in hope their government is preparing for the complete closure of Greek/Turkish border over the winter months - ready to stop the flow from returning in spring at even greater force. In the meantime the refugees sense this and risk the ever harsh weather conditions.
