How to leave Kosova with dignity? What rubbish! Serbia left Kosova in 1999, humiliated, disgraced & with no dignity whatsoever, after murdering over 10,000 innocent Albanians for no other reason then wanting to be free from the grips of a monstrous and barbaric Serbian apartheid system, which discriminated against the majority ancient Albanian population of Kosova at extremist levels!, you buffoons!
Almost 2 million Albanians of Kosova some 93-95% of Kosova's entire population, with no army, no modern or heavy weapons,opted for a independent Republic of Kosova! We Albanians were only fortunate to secure some old 1970s type military hardware due to the fact that Albania's government collapsed and her weapons storage depots were looted, and some of these weapons were fortunate enough to find their way into Kosova thanks to the patriots that had the courage to distribute them to the Albanians of Kosova! Would it have been enough, well maybe not to march on to Belgrade, but defiantly enough to have dragged the war on for another 20 years and having the Albanians from the entire region and the world joining by the tens of thousands, Serbia would have incurred annormous casualties, her economy would have been turned upside down in the process! Infact, Serbia should consider herself lucky
as well for NATOs intervention, just think of all the Serbs & Albos that are lucky to be breathing today due to NATO!
Serbs and Albos simply cannot function together in 1 state, period!

Rocky: Serbs have had problems co-existing with all others groups, not just Albanians. It could of course be everyone else's fault but I would hope that the Serbs are taking a very close look at themselves before joining a grouping of 28 countries. Certainly no country involved in the 1990s conflicts was blameless but there is a common factor.

Seriously now, Serbs are, as of today, the best people Albos have ever had the chance to share their land with. Very straightforward, very fair and very kind people. Here is some evidence: a friend of mine who went to help out our Kosovo bros after the war, while taking over their local Telecom, told me that Kosovo Albos would call their former Serbian colleagues who had in the meantime fled to Belgrade, and those guys picked up the phone and gave all the information they needed to their former Albanian colleagues, although they - Serbs - were obliged to leave Kosovo. Those are the Serbs, the real Serbs, and we need them here in the Balkans. Without the Serbs, the Balkans would be such an annoying place to live in. This is basically why we are all stuck in here with them, why we are always talking to them in their websites, in their pages, in their blogs.

Because Rocky, we all know that the Serbs are the only ones able to endure our small farts and stupid jokes with drones. Yet they appreciate our being fair and very kind people, basically.

We've been doing great when we have worked together, will be doing great again. It will take some time but we really need to live alongside each other. No need to fall in love with each other, just living alongside and sharing the same territory would suffice.

Since the rise of Serb nationalism in the mid 1800's it has become unpleasant living with Serbs. That is why we prefer they go back to Serbia, we are tired of trying to civilize them. Think of it as a probation of indefinite time. If and when they can prove themselves worthy of living peacefully with Albanians, we will invite Serbs back to Kosova. But remember, don't call us, we'll call you!

Nah, Serbs don't have a problem living with others you ignoramus. Serbia has a greater variety ethnic minorities than all of its neighbors combined. Serbs have a problem with unjust borders that were created by Tito which are today treated as national borders. But they are artificial. And all Serbs want was to have the right to separate from those who chose to separate from state union with Serbia.

Perfectly legitimate. Only problem is the resistance to such unjust borders should have taken place in 1974 when the last constitution of Yugoslavia was enacted.

Ari: It is not the number of ethnic minorities within a country that matters, it is how the majority treats those minorities. Looking at BiH it is hard to accept that the 'borders' are unjust; 33% of Serbs controlling 49% of the country. That sounds fair to me. I would be happy for Mr Dodik to tell the IC which 33% of the RS he would like to have as an independent country and take it with him.

We'll take uranium, death is certain, but Freedom is the most prestigious, and we'll never give-up.
