Sorry, but if the illustration is what the buildings will actually look, then it's really an ugly river front. Rows of townhouses would be the better solution, but politicians--frontmen for businessmen--know how to sell shit for dreams, so... People clearly are being duped with another miraculous project.

I have a place in Belgrade central for sale, overlooking a small park , everything renovated and in a beautiful older building but much , much cheaper . And I guarantee there won't be a mosque build in front any time in the future as it would be in the Vucic' s Arab village .

I have a house with well over 200 sq meter near BP, in the green zone.
In general, BP has better infrastructure than BG and the view from my house is stunning.

I can't sell my home for even 150K Euros. The situation in many parts of Germany or France or Austria is by no means better. Some areas like Munich are an exception - but there are not many exceptions.

I am not sure, what this politician is smoking, it should be a very strong stuff.

BTW: the entire project is super-ugly, violating the view of BG and violating the good taste. Down with it.
