New electric-powered train on Serbian tracks

The newly-formed joint stock company for passenger railway transport Srbija Voz presented in Nis on Wednesday the new train with an electric engine.

Now their goes incorrigible Serbia again it took huge loans from Russia to buy Russian made trains and rail stock. Putin will be very upset.

EBRD Loans (debt) to fund more new trains (built anywhere but the purchasing nation) that are capable of reaching 160 kmph with full knowledge that the current infrastructure (tracks) means they can't go any faster than existing rolling stock - perhaps 60 kmph max!

- how about rebuilding infrastructure first and purchase rolling stock to suit ? Is that too much common sense ?
