Ataman These aren't refugees, people simply seeking refuge in an adjacent country from war and famine.
These are economic immigrants, invading and driving deep into Europe with specific economically promising destinations in mind. Behind the hundreds of thousands on the trek to prosperous northern Europe there are hundreds of thousands more. Most - around 80% - are young men who are not Syrian. They have paid a lot of money to people traffickers to jump the queue and have a strong sense of entitlement. They come from cultures inimical to enlightened European tradition, being intolerant of women as second class citizens. They will be extremely difficult to integrate. I cannot begin to think about the logistical difficulties of feeding, housing, clothing, educating and finding employment for them, nor how Germany in particular will handle the riots when those not accepted as genuine refugees are made to leave.
The situation was very bad in the summer. Since Mrs Merkel opened the floodgates at the beginning of September it has become immeasurably worse. I hold her directly responsible for the scenes. Germany is also cutting benefits to the mostly economic migrants. As good percentage of native Europeans are jobless especially the new young generations. Where it will end only more problems compiling for a already weekend Europe.
