Well I'm sure that you are not a court either
(Peggy, 12 October 2015 01:35)

Sure, which is why I did not make any conclusion that the decision on expropriation of this complex, made by Kosovo institutions, is illegal. So, not sure what your point is!

but if someone wants to buy your house they can't buy it from a person squatting in it.
(Peggy, 12 October 2015 01:35)

Ok, and you can't necessarily buy it from a person not squatting in it, either. So, again, not sure what your point is!
----------

You will say that you are the owner and all without being a court.

Of course, I did not say that the Serbian government cannot say whatever it wants - there is freedom of speech, so not sure what your point is, again. It appears you have some challenges expressing yourself lol.

I only said that Serbian government's conclusion is going to be ignored because it is not a court to determine what is legal and what's illegal. But certainly the Serbian government is more than welcome to repeat it three times a day before meals if it so wishes.

"“The Serbian government passed today the Conclusion on adopting the text of the announcement which warns potential investors that the Brezovica Ski Centre in the territory of the Autonomous Province of Kosovo- Metohija is Serbian property and that the decision on expropriation of this complex, made by Kosovo institutions, is illegal”, reads a statement."

Well, the Serbian government is not a court to determine what is legal and what's illegal. So the above is going to be ignored until a court says the same thing.

Then fenced mainly to http://english.blic.rs/Economy/8032/Croatian-companies-shall-sue-Serbia-if-it-sells-their-property Russia and to Serbia's upper criminal classes. Only guaranteed to the thieves when Serbia loses the court cases the slow-witted Serbian tax payers will get the bill.

Need to think of what you say

I am pretty sure that these potential investors do not believe that the Ski Centre is located in the "Autonomous Province of Kosovo-Metohija" or they would not be dealing with Kosovo, so they are probably not worried about the Serbian claims, or they would be dealing with the Serbian govt.
The Serbian govt could take them to an international court, but they would be powerless to block any actions such as renovation or use, or business operations, as it is located in territory they have absolutely no control over. Any court case would take years to complete and probably establish ownership for Kosovo and thus a precedent for all property that the Serbian govt claims to own.

Brezovica Ski Centre does belong to Serbia, we paid for its construction, just like Trepča Mines and everything else Serbia paid for. Kosovo Albanians never really invested anything in Kosovo. Even today KFOR and EULEX are financing all their needs.
