Serbia gets EUR 89.5 mln World Bank loan for competitiveness

Serbian Minister of Finance Dusan Vujovic and World Bank (WB) Regional Director Ellen Goldstein have signed in Lima an agreement on a EUR 89.5 million loan.

And what will our government do with all that money? When I go to the bank for a business loan the first thing they ask for is a business plan. So, as a tax payer, I would like to see that business plan and hold the government accountable if the money is not spend accordingly
