Ridiculous nonsense as Albanian nationalists have won everything on Kosovo and now need a reason to exist so need to lie about a meaningless institution like the csm. Its meanignless! It has no executive judicial or legislative authority! So they lie and say its like a Bosnian Serb republic. What ridiculous liars. Every municipality has the same rights. not one special power for Serbs. Not one!
