The reason all the refugees come to Europe is that Arab (Muslim) countries do not offer the same social benifits.

Not so. Around 70% of these "refugees" are young men in the prime of their life. Now what do you think the reason for this is?
They go to Europe and other western countries to perform jihad by settlement. It's called Hijrah or Jihad by emigration. They openly tell us that they will take over by waves of 'refugees" into our countries and we still don't believe it.

Leonidas: Yes, charity BEGINS at home but it does not and should not be confined to this area. I support my mother but also donate money to charity, it's not one or the other. There is also an expression about God helping those who help themselves. Certainly in the UK a lot of those who are struggling have contributed considerably to their own predicament and whilst they are indeed receiving help from others the main responsibility lies with them. Many of the 32 million to whom you refer could do something to improve their own lives, many of those fleeing the Middle East did likewise; they got out whilst they were still able to.

O my god! But, don't you feel ashamed of being so ignorant ?
Of course: Ignorance is the "Pride" of Serbs.

The point that most are missing is that the rush of influx can not be carried by any economy. I agree that most of the refugees are economic refugees and not really fleeing war zones but, instead looking for work.

I would estimate that over half are and will never become employed but stay living off of the social payments from thos individual countries. Also, I can probably safely estamate that 3-5 percent of those refugees are radical Islamic supporters or even active within radical groups.

Serbia for one can not take in very many refugees without totally crashing the economy. Serbia already has an unemployment rate over 20 percent and any further strain on the system will cause it to crash.

The refugees first entered the EU by going through Greece so therefore they would be sent back to the country that allowed entry - GREECE. This however, does not slove the problem. The problem being an Islamic Invasion of Europe utilizing legitimate means. I do support letting Families (i.e. Married couples or Single mothers) and unaccompanied children in first. Children are always the first to suffer.

The refugees need to understand that rioting at the ports of entry or anywhere does not do their cause any good. It works just the other way. It leads to people getting hurt and makes them look hostile towards the countries where they wish to go.

The reason all the refugees come to Europe is that Arab (Muslim) countries do not offer the same social benifits.

I just hope to see that all these beggars are out of the Balkans. No more Balkan hospitality. This is a mockery of Europe. But if Germans desperately hold signs saying We welcome Refugees then please take them all, feed them all, let them become the New Germans, but don't you dare bloody force other Europeans to take any of them.

What crisis? European bureaucrats are making it look like a crisis. Just send them back to middle east and that's it, that's all.

The point is that the agreement was signed during Milosevic's rule, but this agreement was not signed by Albania, Montenegro , Macedonia and so called republic of Kosovo. If it happens , waht EU announced, all Albanians, from EU countries will be sent to Kosovo. It happened several years ago.
(Dragan Rajic, 22 September 2015 15:25)
While most of your post seems more of a mindless ramble, the one verifiable thing is your claim this was signed during Milosevic's rule. According to the article it was signed in 2007 and it is well known that Milosevic died in prison undergoing trial for war crimes in 2006. but if you are speaking of a "rule" meaning metaphorically his goals were still driving Serbia in 2007 (or 2015) you are right. But if you mean his actual physical rule of Serbia, it is an impossibility

@Dragan Rajic
Stop spreading lies. Albania signed exactly the same agreements as Serbia for visa liberalization. Albanian citizens are only returned to Albania. The only people returned to Kosovo are Kosovars of Albanian or Serb ethnicity who were born in Kosovo.
All these refugees passed thru a European schegen area before reaching Serbia. No reason to fear they'll be forced to stay in Serbia or Macedonia or Kosovo or Albania without acceptance of respective countries.

Whilst there is no doubt about the readmission of illegal migrants, which subject is fully covered in the agreement, the treatment and status of refugees is dealt with by the 1951 Convention. A signatory to that convention, upon receipt of a claim for asylum, is expected to deal with the case. The Dublin Convention governing responsibility within the EU for dealing with asylum seekers seems to have been waived by several states over the last few weeks notably Germany. Britain is in a different situation where we do not have hordes massing at our border due to our island status, but have much greater difficult physically removing those who don't want to leave. I'm afraid that mixed messages have been sent to the migrants and now they expect to be able to choose where they end up. They will be in for a rude awakening should the recently agreed sharing out of refugees be carried out.

a continent of 300 million can absorb some desperate refugees without any efforts.

If it's charity you're talking about, then what about the 32 million EU citizens officially unemployed (unofficially this number could be a lot higher) and the increasing numbers of homeless and foodbank-users here in Europe.

I'm sure that all the migrants will stay in Serbia if they are sent back. LOL!!!
Europe, you're screwed no matter who signed what and when. Words on paper aren't transferable to migrants with nothing to lose and a target destination. I hope that they all go to Britain, Belgium and Germany.

Serbia got something in return, the visa free regime, in case you didnt read the article. Welcome to the world of adults where you take something and give something.

This whole story, the alarms raised, the blockades, all this BS, has been blown out of proportion, a continent of 300 million can absorb some desperate refugees without any efforts.

The Small Print! Satans big plan for Eastern Orthodox Christianity in the Balkans! Serbia whealing and dealing with the Devil! Any way the cards are drawn or the dize are thrown Serbia is the looser when it deals with Satan! I know many out there doubt my comments but just look at the reality what is going on, Serbia sinking into darkness deeper and deeper as every day passes. The only salvation for Serbia and Eastern Orthodox Christianity in the Balkans is Russia. At this point in time not even God can save Serbia from Satan, only by totally bonding with Russia will save our Serbian nation!!!

Serbia, once again, hoisted by its own petard. Are there no competent lawyers in Serbia.
How could Serbia allow this to happen. They do not deserve to be part of the EU.
