"WB compliments, Serbia safe country for investors"
The World Bank (WB) has "commended Serbia on the economic reforms it carried out and qualified this as a sign that Serbia is a safe country for investments."
I am one of many people that live in Serbia for the last 2 years from Australia,that found every government sector lazy ,that I have to doubles check their work (paying Electricity, Water,land-building tax,government health insurance,Telecom Serbia etc).So many mistake's that I have to show them my record's that I paid the bill's,still they don't file my receipts ( Lazy work's). The private sector is functioning alright compared to Australia, Britain, and USA.
Getting documents, and paper work from government sector is a black comedy movie,it's a joke.
Buying any item let it be electrical with warranty is a joke.Your warranty papers ,you can wipe your arse with.
I invested my money in property in Australia, than invest in this backward government sector's hand's with the Legal problems.
I am used to Australia's strict business ethics. Good Luck if any Idiot wants to invest large amount of money in a business in the Balkan's.
Besides the government sector's, living in Serbia with the population is great,very warm ,fun easy going people. I love that my children too Love living in Serbia with the life style. (SAFE,adventures, fun loving people).
