Russia sending military and humanitarian help to Syria - FM

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on Thursday that Russian aircraft flying into Syria are delivering military supplies and humanitarian aid.

Looks like the Russians just painted a target on themselves? Kinda like Serbs during the 1999 NATO air campaign over radical Serbia! I feel very sad that a lot of Russian mothers will be mourning for absolutely no reason! Czar Putin & his fanatical policies are only hurting the ordinary Russian citizens!
