The Brussels agreements make it very clear that only law in Serbian municipalities are laws consistent with Kosovo law. Serbian Municipalities also have no powers Albanians don't. There are no kosovo Serb courts. No kosovo Serbian police. Just Kosovo courts and Kosovo police. The csm has no executive judicial or legislative power.

First of all you don't get to decide who's oppressed or not. If that was the case I can write that Serbs are not oppressed in Kosova;and then case closed. It doesn't work that way.
Second- Since Serbs like Ari rejoiced on how great the association was for the rights of the Serbs, then its only logical Albanians want something as great for their own rights. Why should only the Serbs have these association that protects their rights but Albanians shouldn't?
Third- Someone mentioned that Albanians are a minority so they shouldn't have the association. Well by that same token Serbs are a minority in Kosova. Why should they have it?
Finally, the point is, if Serbs want institutions that protect their rights, then it is only normal for Albanians to want the same. Last time I checked Serbs didn't fall from heaven and had all these privileges granted to them that God denied to others.

Ah the Milosevic dream still lives in Serbian hearts!!!
They live there, they work there, they pay taxes there, the day that you realize that it is THEIR country too, there will be no need for such organizations.
Dont these people have anything better to do, what are they trying to achieve here? Its not like they're being oppressed in the south there, f anything the government is constantly trying to appease these people, so what is this? First of all you don't get to decide who's oppressed or not. If that was the case I can write that Serbs are not oppressed in Kosova;and then case closed. It doesn't work that way.
Second- Since Serbs like Ari rejoiced on how great the association was for the rights of the Serbs, then its only logical Albanians want something as great for their own rights. Why should only the Serbs have these association that protects their rights but Albanians shouldn't?
Third- Someone mentioned that Albanians are a minority so they shouldn't have the association. Well by that same token Serbs are a minority in Kosova. Why should they have it?
Finally, the point is, if Serbs want institutions that protect their rights, then it is only normal for Albanians to want the same. Last time I checked Serbs didn't fall from heaven and had all these privileges granted to them that God denied to others.
So why do Albanians deny both to Serbs and Roma in Kosovo and Greeks in Albania?

How many rights archived serbs in Kosovo even though they don't recognize Kosovo? I see more right of Serbs in Kosovo than Albanians in Serbia.
* About the Greek minority in Albania – my dear, they are treated as bad as - for 8 years they voted for Edi Rama, not for their own political parties. They speak Greek but sing Albanian!
I must tell to you that Janina was once upon a time the capital of Albania – inhabited with Albanian population. Greeks not just killed and chased all the Albanians from Chameria – but all the orthodox Albanians was not permitted to speak or to tell that they are Albanians for decades. They even don’t recognized the Albanian minority.…

They have attended an extraordinary anti-Albanian policy in their country for the fear of Chameria. We did’t not do the same as Greeks did. We decide to coexist with them as much as they did.
So please don’t talk to me to Greek minority in Albania that they are really good people and even mixed to much in marriage with the Albanian – and have nothing to do with Greek extremist that just want to use them against Albania.
All the troubles come always from the Greece policies – and thank god the Greek minority have 8 years that vote for Edi Rama.

The Brussels agreements make it very clear that only law in Serbian municipalities are laws consistent with Kosovo law. Serbian Municipalities also have no powers Albanians don't. There are no kosovo Serb courts. No kosovo Serbian police. Just Kosovo courts and Kosovo police. The csm has no executive judicial or legislative power.
I'm not interested in your Hoxha propaganda. No one cares about how you rewrite history to make yourselves look strong.

I'm not born in Hoxha time to believe in that propaganda, but even if, i'm not talking in what i believe.
And it is not my fault that you have not enough knowledge - to understand that was not Hoxha who wrote the history.
Learn something about real history not just Serbian propaganda.

Sorry, but where is the news here?! Municipalities in Kosovo or in Serbia or in many countries around the world are free to cooperate on matters that they manage - for example they can decide to have a single service for trash collection to save money. So not sure what all the fuss is about these "association of municipalities" in Kosovo or in Serbia!
