RS: Constitutional Court upholds decision on referendum

The decision to call a referendum on the work of the Court and Prosecution of Bosnia-Herzegovina did not hurt any vital national interest of the Bosniak people.

I think the court has made the right decision. What should be addressed, albeit not by a Constitutional Court, is the wording of the question which is clearly loaded using such words as "unauthorised and unconstitutional". Surely the whole point of the referendum is for the people to decide how the court has acted not be told in the question. We are due a referendum on the EU soon and such biased wording would never pass the legal system.
