Clearly, you do not even have the slightest clue where Russia stands against EU alone excluding U.S. support for EU. Russia, by any means stands no chance against western powers. You can add on China to it if you would like to do so, they still cannot compete against the western powers. We all know if they had any legs to stand against the west they would do so in a heartbeat, but they don't and that's a fact.

Secondly, new elections are right around the corner, and one thing for sure is U.S. is quite tired of their current weak foreign policy. Remember that you are in no position to advise anyone about your bromance of Putin. Russia is suffering tremendously as we speak, their rubbles have been devalued by a lot. Maybe I am cynical, but I don't trust President Nikolic and I think he chose his words because either an election, or more Kosovo compromises, are coming in the near future. Time will tell if my speculation was worth considering.

My friend, Serbia already took on NATO. And what did NATO do? It bombed civilians and civilian infrastructure from 10,000 metres in the air like cowards. It did very little damage to the Serbian army. And what did it achieve? It created a quasi entity with hundreds of thousands of Albanians trying to escape.

Yes, lets be scared of those cowards in NATO. They are very good at creating a mess, as can be seen all over the world. But lets not forget that Serbia is a small fraction of the strength of Russia, who can blow up the west, I don't know, a thousand times over?

Russia, I pray for her profoundly, much more profoundly than I pray for myself, my family and my Serbia! This summer polls showed that in Byelorussia only 19% of the army is ready to fight in case Russia invades. I believe that in Ukraine the figures are similar. I talked about our weak support of Donbass with a friend of mine last week. Like most of the Russians he is even more of a radical than I am so I asked him if it’s a good time to join the remaining 43 million today. He agreed that it would be a too big burden for the economics during the starting world crisis. But you mustn’t worry about the Ukraine as we will swallow our OWN lands rather soon. Dear brother thank you indeed ! We are entering a very dangerous period in the history reminding WW1 and WW2 pre-war times. The main difference was pointed out by FM Lavrov last week. He said that for the first time historical West is losing their world leadership. I do not quite agree that it’s happening for the first time because this leadership was first obtained only in 17 century. But in everything else he is right. The West won’t retreat without a big war I am afraid. Maybe it will be many smaller wars but world disaster is almost guaranteed. In America they classify wars for good and bad ones that sounds a madness for many Europeans. But thanks to the 2 (in fact much more) world wars this second rate state became the master of the world. Today they are the most interested side to launch another one far away from their borders. But several states do much to put an end to their dictatorship. Moral leader of this group is Russia s you know. I won’t be surprised if before the fall of the year we shall see a land operation in Syria. It may be a coalition of Iran, China, Russia and some other states. This is why so much noise is around the Syrian supplies. We deliver great amounts of armaments and send our officers to help them use it appropriately. God bless everybody who tries to stop the evil. Russians are a monolith people today and hopefully Serbs will also stop their internal conflicts for a while to meet the hard times like our ancestors did.

Russia, I pray for her profoundly, much more profoundly than I pray for myself, my family and my Serbia! I am only dust as are all before me and after me, Serbia lies now mortaly wounded her heart torn out, but Russia she will live for ever! What good is it that we are born but become selfish and blind? With out Russia we Serbian people would of never existed or survived until today! If Russia God forbid were to fall, Serbia would disapear in a blink of an eye, that is a fact, that is the reality for all of us Serbian people! Serbian cival leaders can go visit the Vatican, USA, Germany or where ever else they want to venture but remember with out Russia Serbia and all Serbian people turn into dust! Many good comments from my fellow Serbian Brothers out there on this topic. I am most gratefull for the profound support on B92 from our Dear Russian Brother rote, God Bless you rote, I profoundly pray that Russia and all Russian people live in Peace and Liberty for ever!!!

Dear brother thank you indeed ! We are entering a very dangerous period in the history reminding WW1 and WW2 pre-war times. The main difference was pointed out by FM Lavrov last week. He said that for the first time historical West is losing their world leadership. I do not quite agree that it’s happening for the first time because this leadership was first obtained only in 17 century. But in everything else he is right. The West won’t retreat without a big war I am afraid. Maybe it will be many smaller wars but world disaster is almost guaranteed. In America they classify wars for good and bad ones that sounds a madness for many Europeans. But thanks to the 2 (in fact much more) world wars this second rate state became the master of the world. Today they are the most interested side to launch another one far away from their borders. But several states do much to put an end to their dictatorship. Moral leader of this group is Russia s you know. I won’t be surprised if before the fall of the year we shall see a land operation in Syria. It may be a coalition of Iran, China, Russia and some other states. This is why so much noise is around the Syrian supplies. We deliver great amounts of armaments and send our officers to help them use it appropriately. God bless everybody who tries to stop the evil. Russians are a monolith people today and hopefully Serbs will also stop their internal conflicts for a while to meet the hard times like our ancestors did.

Bob I agree Serbs deserve so much better. It seems to me he's woken up from a long slumber only he thinks the world is still like it was in the 70's and 80's.

Exactly. 'Own Lands' Germany is where Germans are living. Back to the Reich. Thank you for confirming what I said about similar ideas and thoughts of Nazis and Russian regarding annexation of territories belonging to different countries. Not sure how being stubborn and sreaming with anger brings victory! As our dear friend Zoran pointed out, NATO achieved the creation of a quasi entity with cowardice and without having to be stubborn or scream with anger :)

Independent studies have shown, the world over, approximately 10% of Muslims are extremists, which is not a lot until you consider there are over 1 billion Muslims worldwide. Conservatively, that means there is 100 million threatening individuals out there who would like nothing more than to destroy the civilized world in the name of their religion.

During WW2 99% of Serbs and Russians were “extremists” because they were forced to. Germans called our partisans the terrorists and bandits. So what ? Isn’t the situation similar to what some of the Muslims feel today ? I know languages of two Muslim states and I have been living among them. They hate the things the West is doing in the Muslim World. But absolute majority of them are peaceful. Even the western investigations that you mention says this. They run from terrorists but not from Assad !

I have twice read Quran in the best Russian interpretation by Krachkovsky. Stop talking about things you have no idea. In which of the Sura have you found the USA ? Quran is the religion of the Ottomans. It appeared as a branch of Orthodox Christianity in 14 century in Volga region of Russia and they prayed in our churches the way they could. But after the split inside the Great Horde Islam became a separate religion. Quran appeared in 16 century and was first printed in Europe. This is why all texts worldwide were had zero difference. Unlike Christianity and other religions. Quran was printed in Arabian so that common people could not read it. Same as Vatican who for centuries forbade obtaining and reading the Holy Writ without a pastor. Both Arabian and Latin were artificial languages that no mother talked to their children.

Sure, but it's a shame that if that happens, Russia, you and me would not be around to celebrate that great victory of heroic Russia against the evil West lol

Maybe I am cynical, but I don't trust President Nikolic and I think he chose his words because either an election, or more Kosovo compromises, are coming in the near future. Time will tell if my speculation was worth considering.

Finally some real words and leadership, I hope this isn’t just for show. Serbia’s destiny is tied to Russia; if Russia ceases to exist Serbia will soon follow. Like rote wrote, Russia will do fine without us but with 10 million stubborn, angry screaming Serbs victory comes more easily. We (Serbian people) got your back; can it be any other way? Join our brothers/sisters or join our enemies that nearly destroyed us no less than three times in a century, do you really need to think about it?

The problem you and Nikolic have is you do not see the true picture, yes Russia side by side but it is with Russia standing and Serbia kneeling!!!

They will turn their ears away from the truth and turn aside to myths. In the bible not the quaran U.S.A comes under Mystery Babylon and the judgments that befall her and her people.
