Kosovo will be a member of the UNESCO and I can't see any problem in here. Kosovo to look after its own heritage.. What's wrong in here.

You can count on at least 90% of those who voted to allow Kosovo in the IAAF to vote yes which is way over the required number.

If Serbia had not lost Kosovo, eventually in a few decades Serbia would be majority Albanian because of high Albanian birthrates and low Serbian birthrates. Consider it a blessing and a new start.

Now where exactly are you going with that? I assume that you are of the opinion that UNSC 1244 prohibits Kosovo from joining UNESCO. So how are you going to use that? Serbs claim that Kosovo independence is in violation of 1244, but 108+ countries recognize it.
Serbs claim that joining the Olympics or other international organizations are in violation of 1244 but yet they have.
Serbs claimed that the Kosovo Security Force is in violation of 1244 but yet it was established.
1244 is very vague about most of what it prohibits and there are many opinions out there and for it to matter you have to someway defend your point or it is just an opinion.
Exceptions that are clear cut. The disarmament of the KLA, which was done. The removal of Serb police, military and paramilitary units which was done. The return of any per agreement and for ONLY specific duties, which Serbia has never pursued.

It will be the political basis for future actions, I guess.
