Leonidas in fact it was a very smart statement of Vucic because Serbia will in any case have to host some amount of the refugees. No matter if it likes it or not. So why not to sell it as a goodwill ? What I agree the flow is too well organized to believe that it’s spontaneous while we know only one force present in every part of the world.

LK, 200,000-250,000 refugees came from Croatia alone. Plus nearly 200,000 from Kosovo. So it goes without saying that Serbia has way more than 70,000 refugees. I don't know the exact figure, and neither do you, but it's probably slightly under 450,000 based on the numbers that came in to the country. Some may have returned, but it's a very small number.

Since Greece is the nearest country of the region to Syria and their people are closest, genetically, to the Greeks, why not have each Greek family take one migrant into their homes until IS is destroyed. In return, the EU will forgive Greece the 400 billion Euros it owes and which Greece would never be able to repay otherwise. Furthermore, in doing so, the Greek people would be able to wash away the stigma of being a nation of parasites. Most are not considered refugees anymore. They are permanent residents and have no desire to return.

You're right but those immigrants are pushing their way in illegally. The immigrants in the west until around 20 years ago all came in legally. Applied for visas, had their police checks and their health checks and then either accepted or rejected and the decision respected.

Sure, there are some geniune refugees but they are in small numbers compared to economical migrants and jihadists posing as refugees. Wny do you expect countries like Serbia, Slovakia etc to take any in when they didn't create the mess. The US, UK and France are most responsible and had most to gain from those wars so they should pay the price now. Do you really expect Serbia to go broke under the weight on these migrants when it had nothing to do with their creation? It's not about being racist but about survival. Serbia simply cannot afford it.
