The future Community of Serb Municipalities (ZSO) should be formed very quickly, said Serbian First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic.

Community of Serbian municipalities is totally powerless it is a club. Only power belongs to municipalities and Kosovo government. If Albanian in Serbia want a meaningless club they can have one! New England states in US all joined a New England states association and the group has a flag coat of arms constitution everything. But it has no powers to itself.

This is why I dislike all politicians worldwide! When they are asked crucial questions, in this case about the partition of Kosovo from Serbia, he just dodged the question. Common sense would tell you in this case, the answer to that question is not something he wants to reveal.
Then, eventually they will make it public because they have to, and for the time being he is not the one who's going to take the heat even though he did sign the Brussels agreements back in April 2013.
What a coward... I guess it is up to vucic to inform everyone!
