Boris, I'd say it's more up to the Government to decide. How much the Government chooses to represent her people or not is something that every citizen of every country has to contend with. That whole 'faith' concept is difficult given how it seems like the EU is imploding. I'm not in favour of the EU imploding, but I think a lot of it has to do with a very small number of countries, including non-Euro-Zone countries, having far more power than other member countries -- and without more parity, it seems like an Agatha Christie novel... but I'm not sure how there could be more parity, either, and I bristle at the idea of suggesting any sort of common 'economy'. It's already turning out poorly, and the less-well-off countries aren't 'rising up' by becoming EU members -- they're being strip-mined (yes, often through their own bad decisions and choices, but it still remains -- and going to a common currency almost certainly exacerbated that greatly).

"Serbia will never ever become a member of EU !.

Arn.Sweden."

Who is asking you by the way if it becomes a member or not? It is up to us if we want to become a member not up to EU... Balkans is the heart of Europe if you want to talk about history! Without Balkans, there is Europe believe it or not.
