No problem, however all Serbs from the diaspora will have to apply for visas since Kosova must check their background to be sure none of the applicants are genocidal war criminals. This ought to disqualify most of the applicants. Perhaps Vulin and Duric should council potential Serb visitors to Kosova on what is considered proper civilized behavior.

Would be great if you think that is really going to happen. But I think you will find they are more interested in writing hate comments on Serb websites, it is free.
You seem to forget that Serbia has been financing the north ever since the war, and while playing the poor minority game in Kosovo, received millions in foreign aid. So the difference will be that the money will be above board and legal with transparency, and the oppressed minority game will be over so some of those funds will actually dry up.

Diaspora means Serbs from around the world who are foreign nationals of Serbian origin and who would like to visit their Serbian heritage (not those who fled Kosovo).

You are free to require visas if you wish in accordance with EU standards.

The 11 million Serbs worldwide will now be encouraged/ required to build up the ZSO communities with monetary contributions and take a very active intest in the cultural heritage of Kosovo and Metohija in order to internationalize beyond "just Serbia."
