Vucic Gandhi clearly said last week that those who come to Serbia are allowed to stay and today we get thousands arrive in a matter of a day! And what does the EU do? Send over a couple of hundred thousand Euros for a matter that is costing Serbia millions, probably tens of millions.

This is a way for Serbia to help pay for all the destruction it caused during the wars of
the 1999's of the former Yugoslavia. Of course nothing can be done to bring back all the innocent men, women and children that were brutally murdered by Serbia's Milosevic regime. There are thousands of Serb war criminals freely walking the streets of Belgrade, in time all will be brought to justice one way or another, including the author of the statement above.

Oh the irony of Ari Gold... Vucic Ghandi?
This is what is perceived as Ghandi like in the eyes of Ari Gold. Milosevic's wing man is now a Ghandi.

Very cute of you...

The EU is impressed they have a government in Serbia that pledges its allegiance to the interests of the EU. Send over a couple of hundred thousand Euros for a matter that is costing Serbia millions, probably tens of millions.

And I feel for these migrants, but how can Serbia of all countries take care of them with unemployment edging towards 30%? But it's what the EU wants, and the EU has no alternative.

Good posts. The EU sees us as some sort of processing/dumping ground for these poor people. I can't get over the irony. The largest idp and refugee population in Europe, largely caused by the the same people and with absolutely no support in having them returned safely, are asking/telling us to take in 100000's. I am sick of this janus of an EU.

Not only Eu is impressed. I'm impressed too. Impressed that our government is so incredibly stupid. Send this migrants back home. Their war is of no concern to us Let them deal with their own problems. Why should Europe have to suffer for what happens in the arab world?

Agree with you completely Alex. The EU doesn't do anything for anyone unless it's on the EU,s interest, with the UN supporting Serbia on res 1244 and all the nice words from the EU you can bet they want something! I suspect with the possibility of an election coming up and the mess they've created with Greece and Russia they are worried they might lose Serbia, ive said many times the EU needs Serbia much more than Serbia needs the failing eu. Don't trust them do what's best for Serbia, the eu doesnt want an independent Serbia in the heart of Europe. All the nice words mean nothing when their actions when bombing you for 78 days showed their intent, you are useful to them now as a dumping ground for mainly Muslim immigrants, that's how Kosovo started!

EU is pumping money into Serbia for these makeshift camps so they don't have to deal with refugees themselves. It's a strategy to stall and slow down the flow of migrants into EU until a more comprehensive concerted platform is devised to block the inrush of unwanted guests from war-torn regions in Aisa and Africa. In the interim, Serbia has to deal with a cascade of social, political problems arising from hosting refugees who in over 90% of the cases are aiming for EU and don't plan on staying in Serbia but are now caught in limbo. I think Serbia shouldn't play along with this scheme and rather than putting all its effort into conjuring up new methods of barring refugees from entering its zone the EU should consider alleviating political problems in countries people are currently fleeing by strong diplomacy and aid. But of course short-sighted political aims do not allow for that.
