Leonidas, your clock may have stopped in the 90s. All the Albanians I know who went to Greece this summer, went on vacation there. Albania has become just too expensive for vacations.

What does Albania have to do with Greece's financial collapse?

I haven't said Albania is directly responsible foe Greece's financial woes. But if Greece is bankrupt,as you say, whay do Albanians keep coming to Greece looking for work and don't stay in prosperous Albania?

How could Greece contribute to anything when she owes 365 billion Euros and must borrow from the EU each month just to pay off its interest payments.

Go and find out first of how much each member state contributes to EU budget and then we can continue the exchange.

Greece is eternally circling the financial toilet bowl.

You're right. As long as Greece continues to be part of the German creature called EU we'll be in permanent crisis because we have to feed the vampire squid called Germany which is making billions out of the crisis.Greek politicians should be tried for treason.

Everything could change next year. If we elect Trump for Perez he is going to stop the lunacy of globalization and open borders and uncontrolled immigration. He is a multi billionaire and he can not and will be not bought by anyone. He promised to build a wall on southern border with Mexico, to close most military bases around the world, bring American jobs back from China, Vietnam and Mexico, and stop anchor baby policies (you jump the border illegally, have a baby and you are an instant welfare recipient). He is drowning tens of thousands of American silent majority, black and white, to every meeting. He is the last hope for decent, not warmongering, prosperous US. People had enough of Rino and Dem politicians and globalists.

In a generation the Balkans will be populated by a majority of Arabs, Indians, Africans. Those are the only ones crazy enough to want to live in a land full of hatred, conflict, crime and poverty.

Most Balkan people that have an education and don't rely on crime for a living, have already immigrated to the West. Our stupid nationalist leaders will govern a nation of Arabs and Africans soon. That will be the Balkan future. Then the Africans and Arabs can continue fighting over who was first in Kosovo :)

When will Greece ever stop taking handouts. Your country lends new meaning to what is called a Welfare State.

Look who's talking. You're probably not aware that Albanians survive by the remittances they send home from Greece and through the EU funds which Greece is contributing more than 3 billion euros /year.Don't bite the hand that feeds you.

>>>Europe is going to be a nightmare in a few years,

RFL ... before we had "huge" problems. Slovaks Hungarians, "Olah"-s Hungarians, Alsacians Germans, Ukrainians Russians, Irish Englishmen and of course that "neat" Croatian Serbian Albanian Greek Macedonian Bulgarian petty quarrel.

Now we got a gazillion Syrians, with less money than the poorest Kosovo Gypsy and totally depending on our welfare and (barely functioning) healthcare.

If I would be religious, I would say: "God's punishment". Now we know, what is REALLY bad.

The issue of mass immigration is connected with economic globalisation.
Nowadays, there is no control in the flow of capital and labour. If a nation state wants to survive, it should disconnect from globalisation and all organisations that enforce it like EU, WTO etc
(Leonidas, 21 August 2015 19:56)

Well now, look who's talking, a citizen of a country that is hardly a pillar of financial stability.
If only you would practice what you preach. When will Greece ever stop taking handouts. Your country lends new meaning to what is called a Welfare State.

As the Germans freely admit, chaos is good for business. When there is war and pestilence cost of borrowing for countries like theUS , Germany and UK goes down. It is the suckers like us in central/ Eastern Europe who pay the price.

keep them out

Deport them back to their own people in kosovo and Albania. They will assimilate much better. Although the refugees are probably a lot more evolved, both mentally and physically.

Close the border and put up a sign saying."sorry, we'closed. Try Albania on the right -"
