Let's see, Croatia broke international law and the Yugoslav constitution with their premature secession in '91 and a civil war ensued resulting in the deaths of thousands. It seems that laws mean nothing in Croatia. Congratulations to the EU on your newest member to the 'club.'

Croatia itself could send a strong message to the fascists within by lowering the percentage requirement from 30% to 25%, and additionally putting both scripts on all motorway signage.
