"Only Serbs from Montenegro get free education in Serbia"

finally Serbia is smartening up.....these so called Montenegrins can pay.....just like all foreigners....

Isn't it only Serbs in Montenegro?

I completely agree with the petition as Montenegro has passed many anti-serbian laws recently and will continue to do so. And there is a big difference with someone who is Serbian and someone who is Montenegrin and has Montenegrin citizenship so in absolutely no way is this unfair but what all other countries do. And this is a two-way street - Montenegro forces all foreigners (including serbs) to pay for their university so why can't Serbia do the same?
