I don't think there is anything Albanian-built that is worthy of UNESCO heritage. It's only the Serbian monasteries and such, and they have to be guarded or else the Albanians will come in and steal and destroy them, like they did many other monasteries and churches.

With merkel making it clear unesco is part of Kosovo's eu path and ordering Serbia to stop opposing Kosovo in unesco Serbia will endorse Kosovo in unesco tomorrow or very soon as its part of the Brussels agreement. Serbia can't do anything to block Kosovo eu path.
