Camp Bondsteel is in Kosovo too, does that mean that it belongs to you albanians? Getting the point? Just because something is located in Kosovo doesn't mean that it belongs to you. Trepca, Gazivode and Brezovica are all property of the state of Serbia.
(Daniel, 13 August 2015 17:54)
Actually the US leases the land from Kosovo that Bondsteel is built on, and once the US no longer has to protect the people of Kosovo from Serbia, it will be turned over to the government of Kosovo.

Q. What exactly has UNESCO designated as a World Heritage Site in Kosova other than the Serbian churches and monasteries?

This one is fun to answer.

A. Considering that UNESCO doesn't designate World Heritage Sites, it hasn't designated anything as a World Heritage Site, not even Serbian Monasteries. The member state (not UNESCO) designates buildings, cities, complexes, deserts, forests, islands, lakes, monuments and mountains as UNESCO World Heritage Sites. It is the member state's choice to designate what is a World Heritage Site, not UNESCO's choice. You need to stop focusing on these Church and Monasteries, like I said before, UNESCO is much more than World Heritage Sites. It is an organization for Education, Science and Culture. The World Heritage Site part of the organization is only a very small feature of the organization. But I wouldn't expect someone with your intellectual capacity to understand that.

There is plenty of PROOF of the desecration of Kosovan Mosques by Yugoslav forces, a quick google search will suffice.

Also I'd rather live in the Haiti of Europe than face abuse on a daily basis as a second class citizen under Serbian occupation once again. Come to Kosova, I'd happily show you this wonderful country that you've never visited.

Yes and believe it or not, not everything that is in Kosovo-Metohija belongs to the KLA. Trepca, Gazivoda, Brezovica were all investments made by the state of Serbia.
------

Even if Trepca was invested from Serbia all you can claim is the building and by this time depreciation is over so you can pick it as scrap and many years of taxes.

#2 Even Brezovica complex you can claim the building which truthfully you lost any claim after war but ok Building and there is French investor on that.

Have you paid for all Serbia Destroyed but that's not the point here you claim something which makes no sense.

And same with the churches, they do not belong to you. You tried to burn them down and when you couldn't complete your mission, you are now trying to confiscate it. How about stop stealing and focus on developing your own economy?
(Ari Gold, 13 August 2015 16:02)

I have never tried to burn any church nor do I plan too, No one in Kosovo is saying that we want Serbian Orthodox church in kosovo to be ours they are yours just its Serbian cultural heritage in Kosovo.

Let countries vote what will you claim if they Join ? what about Serbia paying for damaged properties in all former Yugoslavia have you done so?

There over 2000 church's in Kosovo and about 200 are serbian, the fact the serbian frescoes depict locals wearing the plis, sure the church's were under the serbian empire and administration but that doesn't mean the locals were serbian. The painting of the Serbian migration by jovanovic in Belgrade gallery depicts orthodox Albanians migrating from Kosovo with Serbian Knights.

"Who asks countries of the region about anything - wasn't the goal to break up Yugoslavia into as many small states as possible, whose voices are not heard at all?

-- OK, this is BS, mythology and a lie all at once. It's the way Serbs try to soothe their conscience that their greater Serbia wars had nothing to do with the split of Jugoslavia. This of course only flies in the land of unicorns and Serbia.

Our concept is now precisely very different. For how many decades should we be accusing each other for the past events? Let's make one step forward, go toward the future. A region where the past is the future, will have no future at all, and our children deserve better."

-- There can be no step forward when your intentions are downright evil. Claiming a false equivalency for all that Serbia did in the 90's under the guise of a unified remembrance day and the future is evil and another crime Serbia is committing, while refusing just this week to search and dig for a suspected mass grave in Serbia. These are no accusations. These are facts. This idea will work only when Serbia accepts and ask forgiveness for being the main perpetrator of the largest scale war crimes in the Balkans. Then we can have a common remembrance day. Until then it is only right to treat Serbia differently as a pariah state that it is, for it has learned nothing and expressed no regrets for the killing of the thousands of innocent lives.

There is documented proof of this. Any wonder why Pristina has not been able to secure foreign investors even for the portion of Trepca they control? Investors do not want to purchase anything from an entity that has no legal right to sell it. Unless of course Madeline Albright, Wesley Clark or one of Thaci's buddies in the heroin business run them.

The question is have we uncovered the true identity of sj, or staff, or factman in Dacic??
Dacic makes no sense here. He says:Dacic reiterated that they in fact did, and that the UN told Pristina they will not meet the request because it is not within the mandate of UNMIK and the UN, which is based on Resolution 1244.

"It's now UNESCO Director-General Mrs. (Irina) Bokova's move, to whom this letter, that is this request, has been sent. For now it has not been delivered to anyone, nor is that information circulating in the institutions of UNESCO or the United Nations," Dacic added

So this letter has been sent to the Director General of UNESCO, but it has not been delivered to anyone, nor is any information of it circulation in the institutions of UNESCO or the United Nations????
So this letter of request that Pristina denies sending but Dacic swears is real has not been delivered to anyone, and no information at either place is circulated.
Also he does not mention who at the UN has refused to submit the request.
A search of UNESCO, the UN main site, UNGA(which has not met yet this year) nor the UNSC, brings any mention of a request from Kosovo or for the UN to introduce a request to join UNESCO.
The only conclusion is that Dacic has been caught in a lie that he cannot substantiate such as the ones mentioned, or he has become delusional or is under the influence of hallucinogens.
To clear the mess all he has to do is say who has refused on behalf of the UN.

Between Trepca, Gazivoda, Brezovica and now the churches, all your 'government' seems to be concerned with is stealing (more).

Fitting that your name is 'Haitian'. The KLA has turned Kosovo-Metohija into the Haiti of Europe.

Dacic's attitude is controversial. He speaks about churches ruined eleven years ago, and about breaking up Yugoslavia into as many parts as it was possible and THEN he says: We should move forward, forget our past and step ahead.

Ok Mr. Dacic, then approve Kosovo into UNESCO and do not speak about the past as much as you do. This is my recommendation.
