The family should sue that private agency which sent someone who wrongly identified the body.
If they won't give the name of the private agency then the crematorium or government, which enacted the personal privacy laws, should be sued.

Idiots! The law protects private data, but does not protect a persons body from being wrongly cremated and possibly desacrated? I fear this is not the worst blunder in this country of idiocracy...
