According to hateful Usthashe and their supporters now we can't mourn and remember our dead. Nobody is asking you to mourn our dead but you can show some humanity in not mocking us for doing it.
As far as choosing this particular day, there is no afterthought because of Croatia choosing the same day. It is only appropriate to choose the same day because while our enemies are celebrating their "victory" and our people's suffering we have to show that we care and soften the blow a little.
If the Ustasha only used the day to mourn their victims nobody would see that as mocking and a slap in the face but to celebrate death and destruction of people with Nazi music is pure evil.
No wonder your partners in crime declined to attend. Even they see the error.

I too can't understand how someone can say "for one killed Serb we'll kill hundred Bosnians". Germans used to do that during WWII.

Hey Sunman seems like you've been out in it for too long it's mashed up your mechanisms of rational thought. You've OD'd on vitamin D.Your point is no point at all. You are just spouting out the usual Ustashi venom against the Serbs as your ilk have been doing for over a century. A bit like the "visionaries" of Medjugorje you have an overactive imagination and actually believe what your saying??Treatment may be available, you need to consult your doctor.

Hey Vucic, this is what we were liberating ourselves from - see link below...do you understand now? Explain how aggressors who invaded and forcefully and brutally expelled Croatians from their own land and country are now victims and not casualties of your policy and your own leaders command and plan to retreat. Croatians and Bosnians were the true victims of Serb aggression; there was never any serb concern for victims or justice while you were rampaging through Croatia.

During Milosevic's reign of terror, all the republics of Yugoslavia (with the exception of Montenegro) split off into their own countries at a very costly price, the United Nations did a totally unprecedented act of severing off a province and placing it under international protection, something that still exists today. The UN still feels the necessity to protect Kosovo from Serbian invasion. But yet the aggressive Serbs who were responsible for thousands and thousands of deaths, rapes, tortures, burnt homes, so much misery-stand before the world today and say they do not understand how anyone can celebrate persecution and think they can convince the world they are the victims.
It is time to wake up and smell the coffee, people, no one is buying it, history is written and Serbia and Milosevic will forever be remembered for the butcher of Yugoslavia.
Either admit it and move on to restoring peace or just mellow in your own brew of callous denial.

There is nothing wrong with mourning the victims but choosing August 5 as the day for doing it, and choosing August 5 after Croatia chose the same day to celebrate really sends across the impression of sour grapes from Serbia. It makes it look like Serbia chose to mourn the victims only as a reaction to Croatia's celebrations.

Yes that's right the "Mothers of Srebrenica", Vucic's new best friends were also present at the Ustasha commemoration. Between the Mothers of Srebrenica and Tony Blair, it's hard to say who is Serbia's better friend. But that's what happens when the EU is more important than oxygen.

PM "can't understand people who celebrate persecution".
Be careful what you are saying Vucic. "Mothers of Srebrenica" participated in celebrations in Knin. You could be accused of not understanding them. You have to understand their pain and have compassion for their loss even as they celebrate your pain and loss.
