But then it was financed and infiltrated by the several mafia groups, and after the NATO intervention, the KLA got out of control and took revenge using the very same methods - murdering, torturing, looting, destroying - and the KAL victims haven't been only Serbs, but Albanians who didn't want to cooperate with those terrorists and who were marked as 'traitors'.

Don't know what the Serb side is really expecting?
The ICTY which operated for 20 years and had an almost unlimited budget completed somewhere around 104 cases with 10 still on appeal and another 4 not finished.
And this covered the crimes committed in Croatia, Bosnia and Kosovo.
You will see no where near that investment in this court and a fraction of the cases presented at the ICTY. War crimes typically cover the abuse and murder of civilians committed by military.
The organ harvesting myth has pretty much been debunked and if after 3 or 4 investigations no one has been able to come up with credible evidence that it happened, little on able to list victims or anyone connected to the actions.
My prediction is less than 20 trials and maybe 10 convictions, none of those being Haradinaj(already acquitted twice by the ICTY) nor Thaci.

That was my point, no international court is going to retry a person for crimes he has twice been acquitted of.
Now should there be sufficient evidence that Thaci committed war crimes, by all means put him on trial. But note there was no indictment by the ICTY, Dick Marty and Williamson stopped short of making direct accusations of Thaci and the ties related to him has been that of Mafia ties, which would be outside the jurisdiction of this court.

Did you ever read about Holocaust survivors being freed by the Allies killed, tortured, looted and raped German civilians after their liberation? If not, then you know what the difference of these two cases are.

Think about it: Why would the Kosovo court put on a trial a man twice acquitted in The Hague? One assumes if the court in Holland did not possess either the evidence or ability to secure a conviction then the chances of that happening in Pristina are slim indeed. As for Thaci, I hope that if sufficient evidence is available to the court then he will be charged, although like you I'm not holding my breath.

I go with that, the few convicted ones will be some poor scapegoats, and their clans will get financial support in exchange for going to prison for a couple of years.
