Anyway, respect to Croatian groups who were taping stickers around Zagreb this past weekend condemning this act of fascist Ustashaism. There are brave people in Croatia who are combating this rabid chauvinism.

That goes nicely with the Swastika on the pitch at the Poljud stadium in Split.

The inscription should be replaced with: “Thank God, my wife is neither a Serb nor a Jew”. That says all this guy was about. Storm was the biggest ethnic cleansing operation in Europe since WWII.

Comm Parrison that's an interesting comparison but you are wrong there is No Comparison. Tudjman was a despot who hated a quarter of his population and systematically drove them out. Serbia still to this day refuses to release the actual casualties of Serbs in VUKOVAR.. 500 years of Serbs in Croatia is no more and you will always polish the boots of a Croat...!

The army which Serbia use in 90, was the Yugoslavian army, made by Tito the Croatian not by Serbs. Serbia had the chairmanship that year and for this all the 5 other republics were unarmed while Serbia not.
Just yesterday i saw the documentary about the fall of Yugoslavia and i never saw a single Slovenian or Croatian tank because there was no one, while Serbs use the heavy artillery and tanks and other heavy army in the territory of another Yugoslavian Federation without the approval of all the Federation members of Yugoslavia.
So, you use the heavy army of the 6 republics while the others fought with rifles and pistols. And you are proud of this?

100% agree, but at least the same goes for the Princip statue in Belgrade recently unveiled by the Serbian president.

P.S: Some wise words: Nations that have not so much to be proud of economically and regarding the standard of living often prefer some stupid nationalism and symbolism. A manifestation for that are those statues of their 'big leaders', especially in North Korea.

P.P.S: Didn't Milosevic's home town erect a statue for him some years ago?

Don't forget Macedonia, Croatia and Serbia pale in comparison. Downtown Skopje looks like a theme park, approaching Disneyland in gaudiness. Fantasy is nature's way of escaping reality. And, what a waste of money for such a poor country. Unfortunately, the Greeks can't afford to visit Skopje, consequently, missing the opportunity for a great laugh.
