The idea that there could be corruption in a Serbian state organization is simply unimaginable. Where on earth do people come up with these ideas?

When 27 came out, looking a bit like 21, the person types in the wrong number and then tries to correct it. And why would someone typing in numbers be in the know. Just coincidence that the next number was 21.

LOL! Not sure where you learnt mathematics, perhaps Tirana? The chances for the next number being 21 is however many balls were left in the draw. So if there were 50 balls, then it would be 50:1. The video does not prove the draw was rigged. Coincidence as far as I'm concerned.

LOL! And you think that if there was corruption involved that they would tell the guy, whose job it is to type in the numbers, what those numbers will be in advance.

I'd say it is more likely that he was smoking a cigarette while thinking how he was going to spend is €200 monthly pay and confused 27 for 21.

But hey, some people would believe that the sophistication required to rig the lottery would let their guard down so easily as to give this guy the numbers in advance.

Really doesn't matter, if it was corruption the parties are very well protected and no one will be charged.
If it was just a coincidence as you claim, doesn't really matter either.
But I cannot believe with corruption as rampant as it is in Serbia anyone would buy a ticket in a state sponsored lottery to start with.

Not to mention that, unlike most places, they don't announce who the winner is "for privacy". So, there's really no way to know if they've paid money to anyone ever.

As soon as you assert any chance of a whiff of conspiracy in a game of chance, someone generally has to resign or get shuffled in order to preserve the reputation or else the system has to fight to gain back something it never should have lost.

It was clearly most likely an accident. 7 and 1 look very similar if you're trying to type numbers in really fast, and it's statistically likely to happen occasionally as long as a human being is behind the keyboard (if there was no human being behind it and a computer did all of the work, then I might be more suspicious).

The chances of something 1 in a million happening occur roughly once every 35 days in every person's life (that doesn't factor in knowing somebody something happens to -- the the number of days lowers dramatically).
