Where do you buy your drugs?

Serbs cannot acuse somebody for genocide or ethnic cleansing, you have a master degree on that

And nobody can steal Gazivoda, Trepca or Brezovica while they're inside Kosovo borders.

Time to wake up, those dishes aint gonna clean themself

I'm surprised that when bank employees and other folks blocked the bank's entrance that the "popo" (as some of you know by now an uncommon American slang term for police) didn't make arrests (at least there's no mention of arrests in this article.)

Incidentally and though it's not my intention to be boring but a couple of weeks ago I spoke to a Kosovar-Albanian gentleman who I've actually seen before where he and his family resides an hour and a half away in the town or village of Hartland in my province so anyhow when I got a chance to communicate with him that I mentioned to him that since 'po' is how to say yes in Albanian and that in United States that some people nickname police "popo" his reaction was to laugh(he's the only Albanian I can think of who finds it funny that popo is a slang term for police)but when I met him again the following day he agreed that popo is both a funny and weird nickname for police all because once again it sounds like saying 'yesyes' in the Albanian language. If necessary to mention when I had this conversation in front of his sons (the older one appears to be between the age of 9 & 12 and the younger one only appears to be 3 or 4 didn't laugh either it's because according to their dad that they can't speak but just comprehend a little bit of Albanian or at least with the older son it appears he's reserved or serious to the extent where I never noticed him smiling, nor laughing and for that matter not displaying any sense of humor.

I don't understand this.
Assuming for a moment that Kosovo is not independent state, but a province of Serbia, doesn't a piece of worthless paper called Constitution of Serbia grants Kosovo province "substantial autonomy"?
What kind of autonomy is the one that the province cannot exercise?
In fact Serbia, including the writer of this article have de-facto recognized that Kosovo is a separate state. They talk about "serb enclaves". Why there are "Serb enclaves" in a "Serb" province?
The matter of the fact, Serbia has recognized Kosovo as independent. What is not recognizing are it's borders, considering "serb enclaves" as Serbian territory, while there is no contest on the Albanian part of it. Nothing has changed from the sick nationalist perspectives of the '90s. They tried the same approach in Slovenia, Croatia and Bosnia. The same approach gave them same results. War, poverty and a smaller country. Somehow different results are expected in Kosovo case.

Easy Ari,

This is a smart move showing to EU that Serbia has not abolished all its institutions in Kosovo, this is for all to see. It is agreed that everything work by Law's of Kosovo ( like it or not). So this will put Serbian Delegation in a difficult position, they can not say we have done everything as going forward all Serbs like it or not will have to follow Kosovo laws this is what you signed.

This bank does not have a license to work in Kosovo it needs one, it does not matter that it works by international banking regulations they still need a license.

I am impressed very well played.

Albanians have their own country. It's called Albania. They love their country. Serbians have their own country. It's called Serbia. They love their country. This synthetic state of Kosovo is fooling no one.

The poor residences of KiM, whom are dying to get out by the tens of thousands, apparently disagree with you. The practical illigitemacy is directly linked to the dysfunctional local politicians and their foreign sponsors.

Serbia is very clear in polls and elections. They say Kosovo is independent, 63% in b92 and ipsos poll. Eliminate dss from parliament - the Kosovo in Serbia constitution party is out! So all problems are caused by Serbia not scheduling a Kosovo independence referendum or Kosovo removal from Serbia constitution referendum. If Serbs didnt support Kosovo independence hey would have boycott the euro games 2015 and certainly wouldnt act as border guards and customs agents on Kosovo/Serbia border.

The magnitude of dysfunction in KiM is reaching stratospheric heights. Extra judicial processes, rotten and corrupt EULEX, thuggery masquerading as police all make for a witches brew of illegitimacy. No wonder poor residents are dying to migrate while the EU aims to wall them in.

The sooner serbs in Kosovo come to terms they have lost a battle backed by international community, the better it will get for them and serbia as a whole. I really believe Serbs were the victims, but then again I look around former Yugoslavia and serbia still has problems with Croatia, Bosnia, Albania, and Kosovo. Now they're in turmoil with Greece... one can only wonder is it possible serbs are wrong? Yes they are!

Wish the terrorists would find something better to do with their time than constantly persecuting what remains of the Serb community after countless genocides and ethnic cleansing. But I guess if you can't steal Gazivoda, Trepca, Brezovica etc. then might as well go to a bank 15 mins from Pristina and start trouble there.

I would at least admire it if they tried that in Mitrovica. But we all know that they are too cowardly to try something like that. It would be great if they just tried to focus on solving the very dire problems that the Albanian community is facing, but that would entail the KLA giving back the billions of Western donations they have stolen.
