If he and his fellow creeps in Sarajevo just stopped trying by any means necessary (often with the help of the West) to try and dissolve or reform Republika Srpska out of existence then Bosnia would be far further along the road to joining the EU. So why does he still follow his daddy's path when it only feeds Dodik's anti-Bosnia campaign?

Izetbegovic and his daddy's SDA (that once voted for Fikret Abdic as President over Alija Izetbegovic in 1990) want to be sole rulers of Bosnia forever. Real reform of the total corruption in Sarajevo in order to join the EU is out of the question so how does he square the circle? Easy, by endlessly provoking the RS and then complaining that it is the RS that is blocking reform!

Sarajevo has been bailed out from the brink of bankruptcy at least twice, once by Brussels (a billion euros or so since 1995) and another billion from the Gulf states. The RS has receive almost nothing but still functions better than the M-C Federation which like Croatia is handing out unsustainable veteran pensions to just about everyone, including the shoe polishers who took part in the civil war. Sarajevo needs someone to blame for its own incompetence and that is the RS who has no political leaders left over from the war, unlike Sarajevo.

Isn't it ironic that the Muslims of Bosnia and Croats of Croatia did exactly what Izetbegovic says the RS cannot do? Muslims and Croats didn't want to live in Yugoslavia but Serbs should be forced to live in Bosnia? Sure, that sounds fair. This guy is the worst kind of hypocrite. Dodik will eat him for lunch.

Bosnia consists of two self governing entities held together by a loose federation. One is Serbian, the the other Bosnian and Croatian. Anything done to undermine the autonomy of these independent entities undermines stability. The whole thing exists now, peacefully, based on the independence of these entities.

If things are not working out in the Croatian/Bosnian half, then they cannot use the federation to get something -- anything -- out of the Serbian half. That is bound to be unstabling, a threat to the region. The referendum is a peaceful, reasonable attempt to re-establish stability and not the other way around.

Bakir is a chip off his old man's block. Instead of needless quibbling and finger pointing, how about you sitting down with Milo and thrash out any differences you two have and get on with solving the real problems that BiH faces, that being corruption, crime, poverty and unemployment.

I have been to the RS quite a few times to see friends there as well as popping over to the Muslim/Croat section. Both entities suffer from the problems I have highlighted above but RS seems in better shape than its counterpart. Less of the nationalist flag waving and just get down to it please.

1. The UN never ruled that Stebrenica was genocide. That motion failed. 100% of the worlds people recognize that vote and it is binding.

2. The ICJ did rule it was genocide. Almost 50% of the worlds population does not recognize the ICJ (China, India, USA, Russia, etc)

3. ICJ ruled a single man committed genocide in Bosnia, not a nation. Not a people.

4. Hundreds, maybe thousands of battles were fought in Bosnia. Serbs won most of those battles. When you say Bosnia was built on gencoide you are saying taht ALL those battles were genocide.
