An OSCE monitor in Ukraine was lightly injured when this mission's teams came under fire in eastern Ukraine, the OSCE has said.

The OSCE is a f joke. Everyone connected knows that is was Kiev's forces who launched these attacks. It's like a bad replay of Bosnia where the 'International Forces' refused to finger the ArBih for launching attacks.
