Suspect from Kosovo wanted for murder in Macedonia

"Several from terrorists died during the fighting, while a majority of others from the group have been arrested."

And the remaining ones went back to Kosovo where they can live safely without being bothered by KPS.

There's been an upswing in political and/or blood feud murders of Albanians in Macedonia lately.

I actually apologize if this is the incorrect forum or site to discuss this matter but is it possible that even if some Macedonian cops discriminate the ethnic Albanian civilians that they however are willing to penalize Albanians who criminally wrong other or certain other ethnic Albanians? To me it would be like some white cops ( at least some white American cops) who discriminate black civilians but can still be willing to protect some blacks from other or certain other black civilians.
