What on Earth did I write that shows me to be in denial. I made a comment as to the source of this article, that is all I did. As to your opinion that time to cut losses short, tell me, which significant EU country to have recognized Kosovo has ever said that? in case you hadn't noticed, its Kosovo that is a condition to Serbia's accession.

As for Comms comment that the West expects Albanians to be more grateful, it is one of the dumbest comments I have read here, and you do produce a lot of them. Signing agreements with Serbia would not show gratitude to the West, giving them state assets and tenders (as Kosovo has done much to its detriment, but that is a different discussion) shows gratitude. as to your point that the west has donated billions, so what? They have given billions to Serbia too

If I had to put a mentality on these here Albanian comments, it would be about 6th grade. Enough maturity to have a sickening amount of self righteousness covering patent infantilism.

Yet more confirmation that things are changing.

The game has changed and the businesses of the West have already made up their minds.

Serbia is the economy of choice due to its commitment to capitalist reform and its geographic position (and its coy Moscow policy).

The business of the EU is business. Expansion of markets. Return on investment. The creation of infrastructure that leads to quick and efficient delivery of products to market. And the support of those who deliver the stability that business needs.

Power and influence goes to those who grow their economies.

You are in denial. The Kosovo situation has evolved into a liability for the west. There is nothing to be gained by supporting you. Time to cut losses short.
You have two choices either deal with Serbia now with the help of the EU or Serbia will settle it on their own later without any foreign involvment
(Sam D, 28 July 2015 22:06)

Yea this is denial.Open a book. Check why the West is involved to start with.

Hint: Its not because Serbia is great at settling things.

Why would the West settle things through a proxy ( that is horrible at it) than by doing it itself? What the West gains is peace. Serbia left to its own devices ( with the likes of Sesejl, Nikolic, Vucic, Kostunica, Vulin) is on the brink of war. It showed it 4 times in the 90's, forcing the west to intervine. The actors in the government are the same ones.Look at the lunacy produced in one single football game, with the approval of the head of the state, Nikolic, since he was there.
Instead all the West needs to do is put a little pressure here and there and Belgrade and Prishtina follow.

...as soon as an article begins with 'quoting diplomatic sources' its sensible to dismiss that article outright.

As for criminals Serbian army it's knowing for criminals and genocide not Albanian people. You should correct that. Serbs will never be our friends for as long as they don't change the politic over kosova. If I come to your house and kill you. Of course I'm criminal. But if you come to my country and kill me and massacre my family who's the criminal now??????? You have to be very careful what say. Thank you all

Kosovo Is acting like a country and the UK recognized its independence. The problem is Serbia. It has to remove Kosovo from its constitution for there to be progress.

We can only hope that the permanent obstruction and delaying by the Pristina criminals/politicians will finally have some consequences. I guess the western countries expected Kosovo be more grateful and cooperative, after all that was done for the Kosovo Albanians, not only the billions of dollars donated.
