So many typos and editorial mistakes in an article?

Serbia's responsibility is to its citizens. Serbia isn't responsible for other countries' diplomacy (or lack thereof), and the idea that they're coming at this from a 'help us bridge the gap between the US/EU and Russia' angle while at the same time committing acts that, to be nice, display the least diplomacy I've ever witnessed -- for instance fomenting civil war in and occupying Ukraine then pointing fingers at Russia and calling them the instigators, while encouraging genocide in Ukraine and sanctioning Russia... That doesn't show anything like sincerity to me. It sounds like a bad attempt at manipulation.

But maybe I am just crazy.

There can be no legally binding agreement between Kosovo and Serbia as long as Serbia has Kosovo in its constitution. There can also be no ZSO without the ZSO constitution saying that all the municipalities are in the "sovereign and independent republic of Kosovo." The first step is vucic scheduling a vote this year on removing Kosovo from Serbia's constitution. Serbias parliament can't even vote directly on Brussels because of possible treason charges.

" it is important that the assumption of responsibility starts from Turkey, Greece and Bulgaria."

No, it is important the assumption of responsibility begins with the countries that create wars in other countries many miles away..

Just another political buffoon acting like a colonial..

Well said Tony.

I suspect that the only reason Serbia is being treated a bit better these days is that they need it to stop all those refugees the EU has been bombing or helping others bomb from demanding political asylum in the EU. That's the EU's moral and ethical heart. Rotten to the core.
