Watching the attack on the news, I was struck by the lack of an entourage around Vucic. I would have thought that Serbia had the equivalent of a US Secret Service - especially for times like this, when a PM with Radical roots has dared to pay his respects to the victims of the worst Serb atrocity in the 90s wars. Why wouldn't he be traveling with his own security?

Even if Croatia and Bosnia impose an embargo (EU controls Croatia now so they don't get a say so) there is always an open border with Serbia.

1. Mr Zvizdic was in no position to tell the RS Police what to do. 2. Had he tried to do so the RS Police Director would have told him in no uncertain terms where to go. 3. The bottom line is that Mr Vucic should have been better secured and the RS MUP failed in its job to do so.

Peggy you must not live in Serbia as RS is not all one territory and its split and not connected to Serbia in one portion the Banja luka region. EU does not want the RS and its more NATO than EU they are not going to stop Croatia.

RS will be starved to submission and no arms from Serbia will be allowed, also this time around Bosnia wont have a embargo on Arms as it did for better portion of 1990s war hence RS might leave but with very very little territory.

Maybe we watched different videos, I quite an entourage with Vucic, the problem was with the first stone instead of an organized exit they went into a chaotic frenzy much like the clowns at Barnum and Bailey.
The Secret Service budget would leave no room for payment of politicians salaries in Serbia, so don't expect a comparison in the near future, say 1000 years.
But you know this was a staged event and the stones were probably thrown by the Serbian members of "your secret service"
There was no way Vucic was going to come and leave Bosnia after bowing to the victims of Srebrenica without turning it into a Serbian victim story. It worked in Serbia but read the international press, it was not given much thought. The families of Srebrenica victims were still center stage.
