Great article. Very good points he brings up and the need to acknowledge genocide and move forward. Until this recognition happens and sincerity on the on the part of the Serbs to take responsibility, there will never be reconciliation in BiH or the Balkans for that matter.

To kill even one person unable to defend itself during a war is a war crime. But, these numbers are disputable. Where is an independent confirmation, especially on number of "boys" (age under 18?).
