Actually the look is because lunch was delayed an hour and it stirs up his PTSD, and he has flashbacks to the time he went on the 2 day hunger strike and ended up in the hospital with IVs to save his life!

Did he write a letter to Putin and tell him this :)

Sure, sure, after Greece? Serbia? Let's not forget that Croatia is already in the EU, actually fast-tracked last year.

Let's not get too distracted by Nikolic's facial expression. His expression remains pretty well the same, whether happy or sad. More to the point, our pitiful little world is in for a heap of trouble, and our expressions should be showing that fact.

Seems some here in 'Comments' like to poke at Putin. Perhaps it would be better to care more, so that Putin doesn't poke at naive types like that.
