In letter to Putin, Nikolic warned about "brink of war"
In a letter to Vladimir Putin, Tomislav Nikolic stated that the Balkans will be on the brink of war if a British resolution on Srebrenica was adopted in the UN.
If there is war it is you who caused it by insulting the victims of genocide. This is nothing new, perhaps if all of the serbs go back to russia, who knows
We are on the brink of war. It is just not necessarily a brink of war in the Balkans. It is brink of a WORLD WAR. And that is not Serbia or Russia's fault.

Politically, I am very supportive of a good future for Serbia, but I have a low opinion of the rabid Serb nationalists who haven't a clue about the harm they do to Serbia's reputation in the world.
It may help. Just to bad there is no one fit enough to step up to the plate. Its the same old tune. Pretending to be tough and bettet prepared this time should Serbia attack even though we all know deep down inside that you are nothing but cowards.
I guess Nikolic is worried because during the next war Croats, Bosnians and Albanians will reach Belgrade. It was easy for Nikolic to kill unarmed civilians under UN protection. Only true cowards do this. It's funny by the way that Nikolic asked Merkel to help Serbia join EU. Can't have the cake and eat it too, coward.

serbia did not attack those (at the time) provinces. yugoslav army tried to distrup the rebels (just like the east of ukrain, just like the free syrians, just like america during its terroristic war of independence).
Getting Russia to cancel the resolution is no recommendation either. It looks like two bad boys who are ganging up to concoct their own 'version of events'.

My biggest problem are the Serbs. And not only mine. They are homophobes and even weather on Balkans could be better without them. The other Bob has other than mine style so everybody can see it.
Albi, their buddies the greeks are bankrupt and Russia didn't help them last time. If Russia provides weapons for Serbia to rebuild Velika Srbija, than it should be kicked out of SWIFT and Boeing should sto selling planes there.

I can tell you why Hiroshima and Nagasaki were chosen as targets in August 45. Because after Pearl Harbor the Japanese were back these two cities and the people greeted them as heroes. But the Yankees always avenge. Same with you when you make such comments. Someday another Fatman may be dropped …

In my experience, most people in Serbia are peaceful - or alternatively were to an extent misguided about what happened in Bosnia.
However, thugs from Serbia were denigrating the good name of Serbs by their dishonourable ways of fighting. In the end, they did a gross disservice to Serbia by antagonising the international community. In Bosnia over a three year period they had every chance to win their war or come up with a decent solution.
Getting Russia to cancel the resolution is no recommendation either. It looks like two bad boys who are ganging up to concoct their own 'version of events'.
For Serbia to be a good neighbor, these threats of war must not exist.
The problem is precisely a lack of common acceptance of certain historical facts. That's what this resolution was trying to accomplish, but it was doomed from the beginning. Serbs must themselves repent, it can't come from above. Although some more beating may help.
He thinks the execution of approximately 8000 unarmed prisoners was a war crime but not genocide genocide?

Russia certainly doesn't want that, it has enough problems in the Ukraine right now. No one wins in any war, not even the so called victors so why threaten it.
