That's because Albania did not send its tanks and its MIGs in Prishtina and Presheva. Serbia did and was bombed because of that.This is why the EU has all these suggestions. They are fully aware that Serbia left to its own devices would start wars again in all these places. Thus it has to be kept in check. It's not necessary for any reason but if he thinks its necessary he can say its not a formal recognition-its just removing Kosovo from serbias constitution for eu. Serbia has unanimously pro eu parliament so voters show how they love eu.
