Aleksandar Vucic revealed on Friday that he had not yet made a decision on whether to attend the marking of the 20th anniversary of the crime in Srebrenica.

HE is not going. If the resolution is presented at the UNSC there will be discussions and debates and then a vote. If it fails it will be due strictly to Russian veto and the world will know that but there will be a majority of the council that will vote in favor of it and the world will know that too.
While Serbs will declare victory as they usually do even though they lose in the long run, the Bosnians will have great animosity towards the Serbs and he will not be invited.

If the resolution passes, he will have to play the Serb, eternal victim card, and stay home. And there will an overplay of internationsl support and many countries lining up to individually announce that they have passed resolutions marking the genocide of Srebrenica. Either way Serbia will look even worse if the resolution fails.
