I'm a volunteer in a in a charity center, in wich i face roma, homeless people day by day. And i really feel pain because this people don't see hope, and i'm so sorry that my country had not strong policies in offering to roma, and other homeless an suitable education and hope for their lives..
So, i decide to not post it because it will be like making in discussion my level of intelligence... So i decide to not fall as down...

The court should be somewhere outside Kosovo, as it wouldn't be safe for witnesses.
I think Bulgaria would be a good place to set up the court: it is close enough, yet doesn't have a significant Albanian nor Serbian population to create problems.

News flash genius: it's called the ICTY. And dozens of Serbs have been indicted and convicted there. I'm assuming you're privvy to news since you have an Internet connection so I'll just conclude you don't read a lot of it.

You really think that any court is really going to come in and clean house. We are not talking about setting up a Serbian court in Kosovo. It will be just like the ICTY there will be years of cases against mainly low level players. Sentences will be similar to the ICTY, 3 years for crimes, 7 years, no veeery long time. Also doubtful that any court will be set up to investigate only KLA crimes. To be politically correct it will have to be set up to investigate all crimes related to the war which would include Serbs. This court would also not have the budget nor the size of the ICTY and will probably end up employing most of the staff whose jobs are now eliminated with the conclusion of the ICTY.
It is nice that you regard the Albanians higher than Serbs or Croats!!
They are going to realize that their heroes are monsters with the evidence, something that Serbs never did. Instead all you get are comments about the corrupt courts that targeted Serbs.

What is laughable, is that Serbs are celebrating a court set up by the very same organization that set up the ICTY which all Serbs condemn.
