Montenegrin town to make Serbian president honorary citizen

The municipality of Berane in northern Montenegro has unanimously decided to declare Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic its honorary citizen.

Well I think Tomislav Nikolic is playing the "good cop" in the good cop/bad cop routine.
I think he postures that he is pro-Russian to fool Serbs, but in general/secret he helps push (or serves to help push) the pro-EU agenda of the government.
He deceives Serbs and gives then a false sense of security thinking someone at the helm is patriotic. He is used this way to dis spell anger at the government and to preempt resistance and protests.

More importantly than this, the name 'Berane' should be changed!!!

In the Middle Ages, Berane was known as Budimlja. It was of great holistic, political, and economic importance in Medieval Serbia. Saint Sava, the first Serbian archbishop, founded one of the first Serbian eparchies here in 1219.
