Prime ministers of Kosovo and Serbia Isa Mustafa and Aleksandar Vucic will probably reach agreement on Monday on all issues and sign the "Brussels 2" agreement.

There is no normalization and no EU for Serbia until Serbia schedules referendum removing Kosovo from its consitution. Certain Germans in EP have mentioned this. Serbia can't have Kosovo in its constitution.
Serbia just like other Balkan countries is in diere needs of EU funds, all this macho braved is to keep nationalists in check.

A source close to the Serbian government argues that Radomir Markovic, former head of the DB , the authorities offered specific evidence that the attack on the cafe "Panda" 14 December 1998 implemented in the organization M ilorada Ulemek Legija! Markovic allegedly has evidence that the group which carried out the action, which for years was believed to the work of Albanian extremists, organized by the former commander of the JSO. The purpose of this crime was, according to our sources, that in the eyes of the international public displays KLA as a terrorist organization and justify the actions of Serbian forces in Kosovo. False attacks on MI6 - However, on the other hand, Ulemek is ready to testify on direct responsibility Radomir Markovic for that crime
So Ari gold I guess I was right when I said Serbia is giving up piece by piece. But I dont take credit for it since all logical human beings knowes this already.
All Serbia can get is some rights for the k.serbs wich I agree it should. Those rights dosent matter since in 20-50 years not many serbs will exist in Kosova. Why should they live surrounded by Albanians when they can live with serbs in Serbia ?
