Try telling that to expats ,like myself, that came back to live in Serbia, and when going to get documents and visa for the family instead getting red tape with rude staff negative staff not wanting to help and telling you in Serbian YOU CAN'T!. So I left money in the bank in Australia and will not invest.A lot of the population have a bad attitude, where I no longer have pity for the majority of the population.
