"Srebrenica resolution could lead to new divisions"

Bosnian Foreign Minister Igor Crnadak warned that a British draft resolution on Srebrenica, if adopted, could lead to new divisions in Bosnia-Herzegovina.

I agree with Mr Crnadak, these sort of rhetorical resolutions whilst well intended achieve nothing. Economic stability is the only way to improve life for all Bosnians. I didn't ask my government to make this intervention on my behalf and I would be surprised if anyone else did either.
